Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Stylish Vintage Living, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. We have partnered with quality vendors who make every effort to deliver exactly what you ordered. However, in the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange.
Please contact customer service at email@example.com, prior to ordering, for specific return information on products of interest.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of the item and include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. After submitting your return request, we will review the information and contact you with instructions for returning the item, should that item be available for return or exchange.
Please DO NOT return items to our company address as all returns and exchanges MUST be shipped directly to our suppliers. Any item returned without an authorization either to our company address or to a vendor warehouse may be refused by the receiver and may incur additional shipping costs.
Shipping charges incurred for exchanges or returns will be billed to the customer who placed the original order, unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.
We offer free shipping on several of our products. If, for any reason, you return a “free shipping” item, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the return shipping cost. If you opt to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also has free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover the cost of the exchange.
Some of our products will incur a 30% restocking fee for returns or exchanges on items (if no defect is involved).
All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging. Returned items should be free from dirt and debris (including pet dander). In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold, the order will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We regret that:
• Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Custom-made items cannot be returned. Please see Custom Orders for more information.
• Returned items, such as returned furniture, may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 30% in addition to the shipping and handling charges.
• All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
When making a return, we recommend you use a shipping service where you can track and/or insure your order to ensure proper return delivery.
If you have any questions about returns, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. We will do everything possible to be sure your return goes smoothly. We would also be happy to advise you of the restocking fee, if any, for the return of a product of interest before you make your purchase.
We regret that all custom pieces are not returnable or refundable. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify. You have 24 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel a custom order and to have the amount refunded to your credit card. After that time, custom orders are non-refundable. If for any reason your custom order does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, Stylish Vintage Living reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. Please contact us immediately if this occurs so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible.
