Stylish Vintage Living is committed to offering you quality products at competitive prices. We will gladly match a lower price from other American online stores, providing the products, delivery services and options being compared are identical. In order to match a lower price, you must bring it to our attention when placing your order. Some exclusions apply to our Price Guarantee policy:
• It cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts
• Some of our product lines are unable to be discounted under any circumstances
• We cannot match daily deals, liquidations, or clearance prices promoted on other websites
All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The length of time it will take for your order to arrive depends on the production time of the manufacturer. Most orders ship within 3-4 business days. Please expect an additional 2-3 days for holiday orders.
Furniture typically ships within 8 weeks of the order submission date and then spends another 2 - 3 weeks in transit to its destination.
Orders for multiple items may arrive in several shipments from different suppliers.
Many of our products are hand-crafted and built-to-order items. Consequently, the shipping times we give are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Although we make every effort to ship your order to you in a timely fashion and to advise you of any shipping delays, we regret that Stylish Vintage Living cannot guarantee delivery times.

Standard Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are calculated based on the total amount of your order, as listed below. These rates apply only to orders shipping via ground within the 48 contiguous United States.

If you require rush delivery for your order, please contact customer service at email@example.com. We would be happy to verify if the item or items are available for expedited delivery as well as quote applicable shipping charges for the order.
Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Our deliveries are sent by UPS, FedEx or freight carrier. Post Office Box and APO/FPO delivery are not available.
Shipments to Canada
Some, but not all, of our vendors will ship to Canada. If you want delivery to Canada, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if the given vendor will ship a product of interest to Canada for you. On any shipments to Canada, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges, taxes and duties that apply. Orders destined for Canada must be paid for via a PayPal account with a confirmed address. We regret that all other orders will be declined. We will do everything possible to help you with an international shipment. Please note that "free shipping" items do not ship for free outside of the 48 contiguous USA states.
Shipments to Puerto Rico & International Locations
At this time we do not offer international shipping or shipping to Puerto Rico via our website. If you are interested in delivery to any of these locations, please contact customer service at email@example.com for more information as additional shipping charges, taxes and duties would apply. We will do everything possible to help you with an international shipment. Please note that "free shipping" items do not ship for free outside of the 48 contiguous USA states.
Several of our items feature free shipping. If, in addition to one or more regular items, you order an item that offers free shipping, you will be charged only for the shipping costs for the regular shipping item(s). Addresses outside of the 48 contiguous states may incur an additional charge.
If, for any reason, you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost. The only exception to this policy is if a received item is defective; it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. If you would like to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also has free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to the item being returned and the new item will ship for free.
Some "free shipping" items may be sent via freight carrier by truck. In the case that the ship-to address is not accessible by regular delivery truck, the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery charges. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any special delivery arrangements that must be made for an item to reach its final destination.
Some of our items require additional charges to ensure they arrive at your home in safe and sound condition. Any additional shipping charge above our standard shipping cost is noted on the product page as a "delivery surcharge".

Oversized, large and heavy items often ship via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Freight companies will contact you a few days prior to the delivery to schedule a delivery date and time frame (typically 2-4 hour blocks) that work for you. Please be aware that if your scheduled appointment is missed, you may be charged a delivery trip fee.
For standard freight delivery, the order will be delivered to your driveway. Premium in-home delivery may be available, for a fee, if you would like the item placed inside the threshold of your home or in a particular room with all packing materials discarded. Furniture assembly is not included but may be available, for a fee, if it is arranged before your order is placed. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order should you need special delivery arrangements or furniture assembly.
Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, damages may occur in transit. Items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for delivery. Please see Items Damaged in Transit: Freight Shipment for handling a damaged shipment.
In the case that the ship-to address is not accessible by the regular delivery truck, the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery charges. Please contact customer service at email@example.com to discuss any special delivery arrangements that must be made for an item to reach its final destination.
Items Damaged in Transit: Non-Furniture Related Orders
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
Please keep all packaging materials in case the shipper needs to inspect the package during their claims process.
Items Damaged in Transit: Freight Shipments
Unfortunately, on occasion, items are damaged in transit. Consequently, for freight shipments, such as large furniture shipments, items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If the items happen to arrive with any defects, DO NOT sign for them. Contact us immediately while the trucking company is there so that we may discuss the best way to handle the situation. If you are not able to get in contact with us, please either refuse the delivery or note the damages and status of the packaging materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. We will be unable to assist you in the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed.
Stylish Vintage Living upholds the warrantees provided by the artisans and manufacturers who create our furnishings. Because the details and duration of our manufacturers' warrantees differ, we encourage you to contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for specific warranty information on products of interest.
Should you receive a product that you suspect is defective and has not been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible. Stylish Vintage Living reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you.
Natural Material Disclaimer
Natural raw materials used for construction of our furnishings will have variations in areas such as (but not limited to) color, pattern, grain and texture. This includes substances such as wood and leather. These variations may appear in different surfaces of a single item, an area of a product when compared with that same area on an identical product, or on differing surfaces of different pieces of a matching set.
Occasionally, due to high demand, some of our products may be out-of-stock or on backorder for a period of time. In the case of a backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order.
On occasion, issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case, you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists.
If you want to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order, simply contact customer service at email@example.com.
In order to cancel an order, please send an email requesting cancellation to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has not yet shipped, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. The following exception applies:
· Cancellation of a custom order must be made within 24 hours of your original order date. If you wish to cancel after the 24-hour period allowed, please contact us with your request. We will do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis provided the custom build has not yet begun. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. We regret that a custom order cannot be cancelled after the custom build has begun.
If your order has already shipped when you request a cancellation, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
Please contact us with any questions or concerns about cancellation options for a given item before you place your order. We do try to remain flexible and facilitate cancellations when possible to assure your utmost satisfaction with our products and services.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Stylish Vintage Living, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. We have partnered with quality vendors who make every effort to deliver exactly what you ordered. However, in the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange.
Please contact customer service at email@example.com, prior to ordering, for specific return information on products of interest.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of the item and include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. After submitting your return request, we will review the information and contact you with instructions for returning the item, should that item be available for return or exchange.
Please DO NOT return items to our company address as all returns and exchanges MUST be shipped directly to our suppliers. Any item returned without an authorization either to our company address or to a vendor warehouse may be refused by the receiver and may incur additional shipping costs.
Shipping charges incurred for exchanges or returns will be billed to the customer who placed the original order, unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.
We offer free shipping on several of our products. If, for any reason, you return a “free shipping” item, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the return shipping cost. If you opt to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also has free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover the cost of the exchange.
Some of our products will incur a 30% restocking fee for returns or exchanges on items (if no defect is involved).
All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging. Returned items should be free from dirt and debris (including pet dander). In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold, the order will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We regret that:
• Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Custom-made items cannot be returned. Please see Custom Orders for more information.
• Returned items, such as returned furniture, may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 30% in addition to the shipping and handling charges.
• All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
When making a return, we recommend you use a shipping service where you can track and/or insure your order to ensure proper return delivery.
If you have any questions about returns, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. We will do everything possible to be sure your return goes smoothly. We would also be happy to advise you of the restocking fee, if any, for the return of a product of interest before you make your purchase.
We regret that all custom pieces are not returnable or refundable. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify. You have 24 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel a custom order and to have the amount refunded to your credit card. After that time, custom orders are non-refundable. If for any reason your custom order does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, Stylish Vintage Living reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. Please contact us immediately if this occurs so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible.
Stylish Vintage Living accepts credit card payments from VISA and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal payments.
Individual order maximum amounts are limited to $10,000 USD per transaction. Please divide large orders into multiple smaller orders of less than $10,000 each. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
The order's "ship to" address must match the credit card's billing address when using VISA or MasterCard to make your payment. To ship to a different address than the credit card's billing address, please pay via a PayPal account.
Terms and Conditions
Providing you with beautiful, high quality, well-crafted products is our top priority. We cannot, however, be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involve any products sold on StylishVintageLiving.com.
Prices, availability and estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time.
All orders are charged upon submission. All sale items are final sale.
Stylish Vintage Living strives to provide accurate product and pricing information to our customers at all times. However, errors do occur on rare occasions. In such a case, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and cancel any affected orders. In the rare event a credit card has been charged in error, the charge will be refunded immediately.
