We discovered this great tray on a trip to Mallorca in a seaside restaurant. It was overflowing with sumptuous olives, a specialty of the island. We loved the look and were inspired to craft our own made entirely from 19th Century European Timber and finished with organic oils. This is the perfect fruit and cheese tray as the raised edge keeps all your contents in place. The handle is just the right touch for ease of serving.
