SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
This item ships via a freight trucking company. The delivery company will call you in advance to make a delivery appointment so you can be prepared for the delivery. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Over-the-Threshold delivery incurs a delivery surcharge fee as listed in the Delivery options.
Curbside Delivery
This item is brought to the curb near your home. You are responsible for bringing the item from the delivery truck/curb into the home. Setup, assembly and removal of packaging materials are not included in this delivery service.
Over-the-Threshold Delivery
This item will be unloaded and carried as far as the first available dry area in your apartment or home or to an exterior location of your choice. However, it will not be carried any further into your apartment or home than across the front threshold. Setup, assembly and removal of packaging materials are not included in this delivery service.

Delivery Inspection
This item must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If the item happens to arrive with any defect, DO NOT sign for it. Contact us immediately while the trucking company is still there so that we may discuss the best way to handle the situation.
